Do I need to make an appointment?

Once you reserve a time slot, we will send you an email with details and a payment link. Please note that walk-ins are not accepted to ensure the best possible experience for each client.

I receive a payment link, what is it about?

Either an advance payment or a deposit is required depending on your location to successfully complete the booking process and reserve your preferred time slot. Once we receive the payment confirmation, your appointment will be confirmed, and you can relax and prepare for your therapy session.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can change or cancel your appointment without any charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel the appointment after this period, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The fee is necessary as the IV solution is prepared specifically for you. The exact amount of the cancellation fee varies depending on the therapy and service. You will be informed of the exact amount in the confirmation email before making the payment.
